The New York Times and other publications are reporting that Michael R. Davidson, a firefighter with Engine Company 69 in Harlem, succumbed to injuries he received while fighting a five-alarm fire called in late Thursday. The building, the site of a former jazz club, is the set of Ed Norton’s ‘Motherless Brooklyn’, which starred shooting a few weeks ago. Actors include Norton, Bruce Willis, Willem Dafoe and Alec Baldwin.
