NYC Production & Post News’ September 25, 2012 In Person Event features an in-depth demo of Imagineer Systems’ breakthrough mocha motion tracking app. Ross Shain, chief marketing officer of Imagineer Systems, will show how Intelligent Planar Tracking works using the latest version of the app, mocha Pro v3. He’ll discuss its importance in creating the startling effects compositions seen in box office favorites including Alice in Wonderland, Iron Man 2, and the Harry Potter series.
mocha Pro v3 is Imagineer’s intelligent Planar Tracking utility for post production and visual effects professionals. Shortlisted for a technical Academy Award this year, the app runs on OS-X, Windows and Linux platforms, delivering fast, accurate advanced rotoscoping, motion tracking, wire removal, background replacement and 3D camera solving.
Ross will show how mocha Pro integrates seamlessly into a production pipeline with industry-popular editing, compositing, and animation apps. He will also talk about which versions of the app are appropriate for different production scenarios.
Attendees will be entered into a drawing–held at the evenings’ conclusion–to win a full license of mocha Pro v3, awarded by Imagineer Systems.
